Getting It All Together!

That's the theme this year! The Board is very excited about the upcoming improvements to our community and hope you are too! We have taken the feedback we heard over the last year and have done our best to implement these changes. Although all of them may not be possible to do right now, we are trying to keep the desires of the community on our radar.

We estimate that we will be at a point where we no longer will need to make major improvements to our community in the next few years. At that point, it will just be a matter of maintaining what we have already done. As a result, it is the Boards intention to hold a member meeting in the fall. This will allow residents to give feedback on the work that was done over the season that is coming to an end, as well as offer suggestions of things they'd like to see done the following season. The board will then be able to get quotes over the winter and try to incorporate these things into the next year's budget.
