Important message for homeowners
It has been brought to the the attention of the Board that some residents had been led to believe that
witholding payment of their association dues will force the builder, Beechen and Dill, to complete any unfisinished work on their homes. This is not the case. Beechen and Dill and the Misty Ridge Community Association are two separate entities, therefore there has never been any correlation between payment of association dues, and work done on any home.
Association dues go toward the maintenance of the community, not individual homes. By not paying your association dues, you are not hurting Beechen and Dill; you are hurting our community. Without timely payment of all association dues, we cannot pay our bills, and the community will suffer. We will not be able to maintain our ponds, entryways, or other common areas; the quality of our community will fade, and home values will decline. If we cannot pay our vendors, the Association will be sent to collections, and the entire community could face a lawsuit and further fines. It is crucial that all delinquent accounts be paid as soon as possible in order to help keep our community at its best. We're all in this together, and together we can make this a community in which we are proud to live!
Notices have been sent out to all delinquent accounts requesting payment by October 31, 2015. If you have received this notice, and have not yet made a payment to your account, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you!
