Association Dues

Annual association dues for 2020 are: $225 per lot
What do our association dues pay for?

Our association dues cover all of the expenses required to maintain our community.

These expenses include:

 

  • Landscaping our main entryway (off Normantown Rd)

  • Water bills for irrigation system in main entryway

  • Electric bills for the fountains in the ponds (the fountains aerate the ponds which inhibits algae growth, keeping the ponds clean)

  • Pond maintenance (water quality testing, fountain storage for winter, burning and reseeding, etc.)

  • Costs associated with maintaining common areas

Payment letters of annual association dues is typically mailed out February or March of each year.
