Association Dues
Annual association dues for 2020 are: $225 per lot
What do our association dues pay for?
Our association dues cover all of the expenses required to maintain our community.
These expenses include:

Landscaping our main entryway (off Normantown Rd)

Water bills for irrigation system in main entryway

Electric bills for the fountains in the ponds (the fountains aerate the ponds which inhibits algae growth, keeping the ponds clean)

Pond maintenance (water quality testing, fountain storage for winter, burning and reseeding, etc.)

Costs associated with maintaining common areas
Payment letters of annual association dues is typically mailed out February or March of each year.
