Misty Ridge

Currently, the HOA Board is working on collecting quotes on imporvements the residents have voiced they'd like to see. First, we are working to get quotes on running electricity to the front entrance to illuminate the front Misty Ridge signs.

We are also getting quotes on the costs involved in adding lighting kits to the two main fountains at the front entrance. Although residents determined they'd prefer to see the front entrance lights first, we are just getting the numbers so we are prepared when the time comes.

The board has taken a small amount of money from the budget to purchase seasonal decor for the front entrance. Items are purhcased with the intent that they can be used repeatidely annually. If you would like to donate decor to be used at teh front entrance, please contact a board memeber.
